Ans 1. Tomato Crop Pathogen Database(ToPDB) is a manually curetted open access database which comprises information concerned with different pathogens and diseases of tomato crop i.e. pathogen name, gene, taxonomy, disease cause, controls etc. Moreover, its rich user web interface provides user the freedom to access pathogen from its ToPDb pathogen ID, NCBI Taxonomy ID, disease from its ToPDb ID, NCBI gene ID, that will allow scientists who wish to genetically alter Tomato with higher nutritional and yield quality, and also helpful for framers to get a greater understanding about tomato crop cultivation.
